Director of Content Operations, VTS Market

As our Director of Content Operations, VTS Market you will oversee and lead a team of Content Coordinators and Post Production Associates responsible for the scheduling and editing of all Market related content needs. This position will also oversee the pre-production and post-production aspects of our growing Creative Marketing content efforts within VTS.

To thrive in this role you must have outstanding photo, video and audio editing skills, experience leading teams of individual contributors, project management and organizational skills, vendor management experience and a track record of process improvement.  

Here’s what you can expect as a Director of Content Operations, VTS Market:

• Ownership. You will leverage your 8+ years of experience in video and photo editing to help us scale our operation by helping us devise the best path forward
• Leadership. You will oversee a team of Content Coordinators, Post Production Associates and third party vendors in charge of managing, scheduling and delivering world class CRE content for our customers
• Innovation. Help VTS Market Content team become the agency of record for VTS by helping us deliver new content types
