The Director of Corporate Systems is key member of the Information Technology team.  This role will work closely with the Chief Information Officer and partner with other business leaders to develop and execute a business systems roadmap to drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction and retention, and provide a world class employee experience.  Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading the establishment of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to consolidate enterprise data to provide insight and enable decision making.  The ideal candidate has experience building EDWs, implementing and supporting business systems for high growth SaaS businesses.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and develop a team of solution architects and SFDC admins
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute business system roadmaps prioritized and aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead the evaluation, selections, contract negotiation and implementation of business systems
• Advise business leaders on technical solutions to solve business problems
• Lead the architecting, phased implementation, and support of an Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvements through integration and process automation.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance to ensure appropriate system controls are in place and are effective.

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience implementing and supporting business systems for a high growth company (SaaS – preferred)
• 3-5+ years leadership experience
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce
• Experience leading the implementation of business systems
• Experience designing and implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
