Job Description
The Director of Data Integrity is responsible for implementation and oversight of the Order Fulfillment team data management goals, standards, practices, process and technologies. You will be managing a small team and working with multi-functional teams to develop and maintain the right metadata, master data, data quality parameters, data lineage, and workflows to ensure that data is governed, consistent, reliable and easily accessible for decision making. The Director of Data Integrity will collaborate with the Executive Director of Order Fulfillment to align processes and road maps for customer experience. This role requires a leader who is detail oriented, deep expertise in organizational structure and data needs, is organized, and experienced with training and driving results. Especially during peak seasons, the Director will act as the main point of contact for any issues or developments with customer orders, spearhead problem resolution and crisis response, and raise concerns early and proactively to Amplify leadership when necessary to find solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate data and insights in a compelling way, creating clear and inspiring presentations of approach, findings and recommendations that directly inform the overarching strategy
- Develops core growth analyses and critical metrics to evaluate vendor performance and critical initiatives
- Provide insights to support data-driven decisions such as building and sharing dashboards, communicating, and collaborating with internal team members, helping to answer questions and uncover trends and useful insights across the business.
- Lead multi-functional engagement calls to present recommendations and insights.
- Continuously identify new ways to apply data to fuel messaging decisions, helping planning, content, and activation teams make more data-led recommendations
- Build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers and vendors and be able to challenge, persuade and present POV convincingly
- Collaborates with multi-functional partners, to ensure we are delivering standard methodology to our customers and demonstrating all our experience, thought leadership and proprietary data to drive maximum value
- Ensure data quality and integrity of all services provided, as well as timeliness across all deliveries from team
- Maintain a solid understanding of our evolving data warehouse
Order Processing:
- Ensure adequate reporting structure between crucial team members including Sales and Customer Support as well as internal supply chain collaborators (e.g. Planning and Vendor Management)
- Order Fulfillment and Order Exception case queue reporting across the Order Fulfillment team members
- Perform Order Fulfillment duties as needed such as processing kit cases, and sending to vendor for fulfillment and continue to be the liaison for Amplify internal employees and the vendor
Leadership:
- Consistently demonstrate customer service excellence and standard methodologies by acting as an Order Fulfillment spokesperson in meetings and workshops as needed
- Provide Order Fulfillment training for all new hires
- Regularly review progress, feedback and monitor KPIs within peer groups.
- Document and update standard processes to share with senior leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience and progression in data analytics, finance, or corporate strategy
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science or related field
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other database systems
- Experience in Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms
- Sophisticated proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Client-side experience
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the business.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
