- On Target Earnings: $165,000 - 180,000

- Variable Frequency - QuarterlyÂ
- Hybrid in New York, Fully Remote in US and Canada
- Travel required - Yes, up to 30%
- 20 days ( sick, holidays, personal days ) + 7 holidays (or statutory holidays in home country)
About This Job
The Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for orchestrating highly effective marketing strategies to boost demand and drive customer acquisition for our SaaS products. Reporting directly to the SVP Marketing and collaborating with multiple departments, you will be a key stakeholder in our organization’s success.
You are a master marketing programs manager that loves building relationships and working with internal and external groups. Not only that, but you’re well organized, able to stay on task with multiple priorities, communicate the company’s value as a solution and a partner effectively, and stay on top of the latest marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Demand Generation will:
- Lead the formulation and execution of demand generation strategy to drive pipeline/revenue.
- Optimize audience segmentation to drive the highest converting and most efficient, scalable, demand strategies.
- Craft and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads, bolster user engagement, and boost sales.
- Build, optimize and own the funnel to create an always on, evergreen, demand machine.
- Liaise with sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates and ensure alignment of goals.
- Work with various internal and external teams to create messaging and communications that align with demand generation goals
- Build relationships with a range of industry partners and vendors to run co-marketing programs that drive aligned demand
- Offer comprehensive analysis and robust reporting on campaign performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends, practices, and emerging technologies - incorporating relevant insights into our marketing strategy.
Key Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic demand generation plans
- Experience in both traditional lead funnels and account funnels at scale
- A minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience in demand generation for SaaS products.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
The successful candidate will possess:
- Deep knowledge of demand generation strategies and tactics in the SaaS industry.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A proven track record of driving results and meeting ambitious targets.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly and self-sufficiently
- Experience working closely with sales and alliances teams
- Understand marketing, sales, and business processes
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
