What We Are Looking For:
As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead the demand generation function in order to drive a robust pipeline for both new business and expansion opportunities. As the leader, youâll be responsible for developing, designing and reporting on multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound marketing tactics.Â
You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of marketers in designing, executing, measuring and optimizing programs and campaigns that are purposeful in nature and are designed to drive results. You will have experience managing full funnel marketing tactics to include segment advertising, SEO, social, creative, media, digital marketing, content promotion, ABM, as well as demand generation reporting and processes.
What You'll Do:
- Further optimize a full-funnel strategy and demand generation playbook (inbound and outbound) that identifies, engages and nurtures prospects into pipeline-contributing opportunities, with a goal of $10 Million in annual opp created pipeline.Â
- Lead efforts across business functions â product, marketing and sales â to create and implement full-funnel demand generation campaigns
- Track and report on performance metrics (Leads, MQLs, Opps Created, Closed Won, etc), using this data to continually optimize campaign performance Â
- Manage a team of demand generation professionals to plan and execute demand goals while fostering professional growthÂ
- Help guide global marketing investment decisions in collaboration with the Sr. Director, Growth MarketingÂ
- Build and enhance relationships with sales & partner leadership, sales operations and BDR/SDR teamsÂ
- Utilize sales intelligence tools to provide timely insights that aid in prospecting effortsÂ
- Ensure the optimization of paid media efforts across digital, social, search and remarketingÂ
- Ensure the optimization of organic efforts across digital, social and SEO
- Work with the Head of Brand, Field Marketing and Solutions Marketing teams to ensure programs and campaigns are driven by targeted content that speaks directly to personas within prioritized verticalsÂ
What You Need:
- Bachelorâs degree preferably in Marketing or Business or related discipline
- 10+ years of enterprise marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation, preferably in technology or telecom
- Strong understanding of all facets of the buyer journey, across different personas throughout the marketing and sales funnel. Experience leading, mentoring and growing teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into simple, audience appropriate language.
- Extensive experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift and MarTech stack tools.
- Data-driven, analytical and laser focused on metrics, measurement and optimization.
- Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
