This position is must be performed from the San Francisco Bay Area

Culture Amp is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our Growth Marketing leadership team. This person will mentor a team that is responsible for creating pipeline, driving buyer engagement and partnering closely with the marketing and sales development team.  

  • You will

    • Develop a global multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive growth. Instrument the end-to-end pipeline with a focus on attracting prospects, accelerating pipeline and driving conversion.
    • Work cross-functionally to map the entire buyer journey from lead to opp and overlay customer persona needs, triggers and value propositions.
    • Design and launch demand gen campaigns across a portfolio of channels (digital organic/paid as well as field programs) to test/optimize the right channel budget mix to grow pipeline and conversions.
    • Analyze gaps/opportunities in the buyer journey (top, mid, and bottom funnel) and identify the necessary assets, content, and programs in collaboration with product marketing, content marketing, field events, and sales.
    • Define the right KPIs to be accountable for overall pipeline goals; evaluate campaign performance outcomes and measure success across all stages of the buyer journey.
    • Build the marketing operations stack across the systems needed to deploy demand generation tactics across multiple channels and analyze performance.
    • Partner closely with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to optimize lead scoring and establish a frictionless lead routing process.
    • Develop a repeatable approach to evaluate campaign/channel performance to continuously optimize ROI. Build suitable dashboards and reports to proactively ensure cross-functional alignment.
    • Partner with SVP, Growth to drive strategic projects for Demand Gen

    You have

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand gen marketing (preferably at companies selling to technical audiences or in the dev tools market)
    • Adept across the modern Martech and Salestech stack (SFDC, Marketo, BI, etc.)
    • Proficient across digital and offline demand gen tactics, ABM, and channels
    • Highly analytical, intellectually curious, and driven to root-cause analyses
    • Enjoys translating and communicating data into actionable insights
    • Iterative and agile working style; embraces ambiguity and the opportunity to build
