We are hiring an experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our high-growth Artificial Intelligence (AI) startup headquartered in San Francisco, California.
In this role, you drive lead generation and pipeline development through digital, direct, field, and event marketing tactics.
As part of the marketing team, you will work cross-functionally and determine how to best reach, educate, nurture, and drive action with our target market.
You will be responsible for managing internal and external resources, staying on schedule and budget, and identifying new tactics we should employ to achieve our goals.
We are seeking a high energy individual with a passion for getting us in front of new potential clients.
- Own and execute demand generation marketing efforts including developing the strategy and budget
- Plan and execute all lead generation campaigns through a diverse set of integrated, offline and online programs to drive Leads, MQLs, and progression to SQLs
- Work closely with marketing team members to develop and execute webinars, field events, trade shows, syndicated content, paid advertising, and social media outreach.
- Educate and nurture contacts with the right mix of targeted marketing and ABM programs in partnership with Sales
- Analyze, report, and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and effectiveness in driving brand awareness and leads
- Other marketing related duties are also typical of this role
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- A track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipeline through innovative campaigns and programs
- Experience in B2B Marketing Technology for SaaS and/or enterprise software
- Ruthless project management and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on partnership
- Ability to travel for internal meetings, field events, and trade shows
- 3-5 years experience with testing and experimentation tools and products
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and personalization technologies
- Experience supporting teams in North America and Europe
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing or related field
