This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to shape and scale a high-impact demand generation function in the rapidly evolving AI and data security space. In this role, you will drive full-funnel growth initiatives focused on enterprise audiences, helping organizations securely adopt AI technologies while protecting sensitive data. You will lead multi-channel acquisition strategies, optimize pipeline performance, and collaborate closely with Sales to accelerate revenue growth across international markets. The position offers a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where experimentation, analytics, and AI-powered workflows are encouraged. Accountabilities:

  • Build and scale a demand generation engine focused on enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving qualified pipeline growth through account-based marketing and targeted acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, website optimization, and AI-powered search experiences.
  • Own marketing performance metrics and reporting, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, personalization, and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align on ICP strategy, pipeline targets, account prioritization, and messaging across North America, Europe, and MENA regions.
  • Optimize owned digital channels to improve conversion rates, organic visibility, and demand capture effectiveness.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership regarding marketing performance and growth opportunities.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs.
    • Strong expertise in ABM strategy, enterprise marketing, and multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, particularly using LinkedIn Ads and AI-enhanced marketing systems.
    • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, including attribution modeling, CAC, conversion metrics, and pipeline efficiency measurement.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
    • Proven ability to manage website optimization, SEO strategies, and AI search visibility initiatives.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to align effectively across Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
    • Analytical, proactive, and execution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • Experience within cybersecurity, enterprise security, IT, or data governance sectors is considered an asset.
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
