Imagen enables Primary Care providers to become technology-enabled multispecialty practices, powering a successful transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. In this role you will be responsible for the development and refinement of our deployment project playbook as well as your team’s performance against delivery KPIs. Besides the broad experience you will gain within Imagen’s products and services, you and your team form the engine room of Imagen’s revenue growth as we onboard new clients. Due to the cross-functional nature and high level of accountability we are looking for strong leaders who can grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of project management for complicated projects, products, or services, and is organized, professional, proactive, an excellent communicator, and adept at stakeholder management.Â
As the Director of Deployment Projects, you will (Responsibilities):
- Develop and refine Imagen’s deployment strategy and playbook, from how we manage onsite resources to template project plans.
- Create and implement a client engagement strategy for deployment projects that yield high customer engagement and project momentum.
- Constantly seek out and incorporate feedback into our deployment strategies, including from customers, sales, operations, and finance.
- Provide input to senior leadership on the necessary project timelines, team capacity, and financial performance.
- Create the appropriate infrastructure (technology, people, and/or processes) to keep stakeholders up to date on project and aggregate team performance.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Must have 7+ years of professional experience with no less than 3 years in a relevant role
Our headquarters are based in New York, NY and this job is conducted remotely.Â
The base salary for the position is between $150,000 - $175,000, plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
