Director of Digital Marketing 

Pipeline generation and new customer acquisition are the primary focus for 2023 and the Brand and Digital Campaign Team. Our goal is to drive revenue through a branded customer-centric approach. We will do that by being in front of the prospect/customer at EVERY stage of their journey, delivering relevant and valuable digital experiences to boost share of mind and grow the pipeline. 

To that end, Aerospike is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Brand and Digital Marketing and is responsible for ensuring that digital marketing initiatives are executed effectively, efficiently, and in line with business objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • In partnership with marketing leadership, build our digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee all digital marketing programs and day-to-day agency management including website transformation, SEO, digital advertising programs, and social media.
  • Deliver an immersive and cohesive brand experience experience from paid media, organic social to website by contributing to the creative process and by driving performance learnings across the buyers’ journey.
  • Optimize web experience to improve organic traffic, conversion rate and engagement.
  • Drive and optimize North America paid digital marketing programs. Advise geo regions on paid media strategy.
  • Provide hands-on analysis and recommendations in the areas of SEO/SEM and display advertising.
  • Communicate effectively with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance.
  • Accountable for campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the global market, account acquisition trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications 

  • 10-12+ years progressive digital marketing experience supporting B2B growth, with some in house experience.
  • Lead with a digital first mindset and leverage data-driven digital marketing strategies in demand creation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Deep analytical skills that deliver insights and when applied continuously improve the digital experience and impact.
  • A true mix of SEM and SEO skills.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and operating experience in UX/UI design, CMS technology stack, Web 3.0, communities, and search/performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, align and inspire cross-functional teams, including those who are not direct reports.
  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and martech landscape, including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, DemandBase, The Trade Desk and other digital platforms.
  • Adept at building and managing relationships with external media partners and agencies.

Excellent communication and project management skills to ensure campaign success.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
