ClickUp is seeking a leader to build the marketing and sales bridge through our digital sales and XDR teams!
 
We’re looking for a seasoned second-line leader to take on our global sales dev org driving substantial pipeline for sales!
 
We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics. Our secret sauce is helping people see the value of the solution we provide and stepping in to assist product-led growth.
The Role:
  • Manage Digital Sales team through helping established reps constantly improve, and motivate all charges to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Build strategy, systems and process to ensure reps hit goals and we deliver sufficient pipeline.
  • Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they’re being developed towards their fullest potential.
  • Prioritize customer experience over making the sale, lead by example yourself as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of direct B2B sales experience. Preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers.
  • Proven track record in building, maintaining, and growing a strong performance-driven team
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, innovative, curious, and confident risk-taker
  • A sustained need to win and the ability to motivate a team of high-performing reps.
  • Strategic thinker - comfortable transforming abstract ideas into a plan of action
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive/negotiating, and time management skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Slack, Front, Chorus, Salesforce, and Outreach.
