Job Description
The potential salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 USD. Salary will be determined by, but not limited to, years of relevant experience.Â
LocationOur Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion will be an integral part of our team at WillowTree. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration both among ourselves and our clients, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid (Work From Near) capacity from our Charlottesville, Durham, or Columbus office.

The OpportunityAs our Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, you will lead and build upon the historically committed foundation of employee engagement at WillowTree at all levels, while aiming for a DEI future that is human-centered and data-driven.
Responsibilities- Work with our Chief Diversity Officer to define how WillowTree’s global DEI strategy aligns with our business objectives and how DEI is implemented at the discipline and individual levels
- Collaborate with WillowTree partners in Business Development, Engineering, Delivery, and Design to uncover organizational growth areas and continuously craft inclusive policies and practicesÂ
- Implement metrics/KPIs and provide regular reporting to show how our DEI strategy is progressing
- Quantify and translate analytics into insights that will guide organizational efforts
- Partner with leaders across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to drive employee engagement and implement DEI initiatives
- Use data visualization, statistics, and storytelling to answer ad hoc questions, build dashboards, and develop reports
- Lead engagement strategies and initiatives backed by data revelations focused on the entirety of the employee lifecycleÂ
- 5+ years of experience in the DEI, strategic partnership, and/or program management spaceÂ
- Strong program management skills and experience in the DEI space with a focus on the measurement and evaluation of outcomes on a programmatic level
- Demonstrated ability to collect, manage, and analyze data to identify trends, formulate insights, and make strategic recommendations
- Proven history of partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders and departmentsÂ
- Command for your craft while possessing the humility to meet partners where they are in order to co-create a vision and path forward
- Consultative approach to your craft: open-minded, drives value/impact, able to drive a program forward while being solutions-oriented and realistically optimistic
- Familiarity with reviewing employment selections and related monitoring for EEO/AA complianceÂ
