NinjaTrader is an investor-backed, exciting growth stage FinTech company servicing hundreds of thousands of traders by providing award winning software and brokerage services. We are seeking a Director of E-Learning & Media Development to develop and guide best-in-class education & training initiatives to further generate awareness & adoption of NinjaTrader's award-winning products & services.
About You:
You have proven experience developing strategic initiatives designed to disrupt the status-quo in the Fintech industry. You have a passion for building professional relationships within the trading industry and have experience growing and educating user communities. Through your experience, you have cultivated a strong ability to leverage technology and identify the appropriate media vehicles to ensure engaging communication with multiple audience segments at various stages of the customer lifecycle. You are a self-starter and people-first manager.
In this role, you will:

• Design & direct holistic training and virtual engagement programs to both drive increase product adoption and reduce churn
• Develop business model and build supporting infrastructure to deliver accessible & informative educational programs across audience segments
• Identify the appropriate communication vehicles & tools (LMS, virtual events, live streaming, podcasts) to simplify educational topics for effective delivery and repeat engagement
• Define the program content and learning paths to help introduce prospects to product offerings and guide to conversion
• Lead educational content & operational teams including recruitment of industry subject matter experts to scale activity and develop industry influencers
• Collaborate with organizational leadership on awareness initiatives and leverage educational offering as a prospecting tool to drive new user growth
• Develop and evaluate KPIs to gauge program effectiveness and tailor growth plans accordingly

Job Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or another relevant field
• 5+ years of combined experience in content development and virtual learning (or related areas) are ideal
• Significant experience working in Fintech with experience in futures preferred
• Proven experience designing engaging education curriculum working across multiple mediums is ideal but not required
• Strong data analysis acumen and experience working with learning management systems
• Excellent writing and messaging skills, and an ability to present complex topics in a relevant, compelling way
• Expertise in scoping and directing agency work
• Ability to thrive and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong prioritization and project management skills
• Some travel may be involved
