Director of Early Talent Recruitment
Job Description
This role will report directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and will have direct responsibility for leading and further advancing our global Early Talent hiring strategies across the Enterprise.
As part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, the Director of Early Talent Recruitment will work closely with their Talent Acquisition peers and HR Business partners to support business objectives by providing consultation and guidance on how and when to incorporate an Early Talent strategy that aligns with our overall staffing objectives. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of talent specialists focused on building Early Talent pipelines by engaging, establishing and strengthening relationships with schools, universities and other organizations while focusing on long-term partnerships and affiliations that support and promote our Early Talent programs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a partnership to the business that is consistently viewed as strategic, consultative and proactive.
- Managing, coaching and developing the team to effectively provide recruiting support for all Global Early Talent programs including Internships, new graduate hires, Apprenticeships and Rotational programs.
- In coordination with regional Talent Acquisition leadership, collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and execute Early Talent hiring plans that align to the business' staffing objectives.
- Continuously assessing processes to identify areas for improvement and partner with peers and stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition peers and business leaders to set strategy and execute on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion priorities, and drive recruiting-related initiatives to support diversity hiring efforts.
- Providing regular updates to Talent Acquisition peers and key business leaders on progress against hiring targets and other key Early Talent initiatives.
- Responsible for establishing KPI's that evaluate the impact and success of our Early Talent recruiting strategies and initiatives and adjusting strategy based on insights.
Education and Experience:
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including University Recruiting, high volume, and/or technical roles.
- Bachelor's degree, or additional years of relevant experience.
Expectations:
- Experience managing a high performing recruitment team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights, and develop strategies based on those insights.
- Demonstrated experience making data-informed recommendations to leaders.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Understanding of the higher education system, including faculty research groups and student teams and experience building relationships with academic institutions.
- Strong proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms and demonstrated experience achieving full optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and execute scalable solutions and set objectives.
- Experience setting measurable goals and achieving the intended targets through strategic vision and execution that aligns to the overall talent needs of the organization at a global scale.
Pay Range: $135,000 to $160,000 annually plus bonus eligibility
