The Team

We are a small but passionate team of 100+ based in the Bay Area. Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. What You'll Do:

• Work to lead efforts in platform engineering, and work with other team members, engineering management and product management
• Sales engineering to plan, develop, and deliver on-time various features and functionality for the platform
• Collaborate with teammates, leadership, and product management to design and deliver the data platform features as per roadmap
• Develop product functionality and architect, design, and implement the relevant features
• Mentor and lead engineers, provide guidance in their project deliveries
• Drive the delivery of on-time high-quality projects, including: testable, modular, highly scalable, and reusable code, test cases and documentation 
• Establish a sense of urgency and direction, set expectations with the team, as well as individuals
• Ensure the team’s deliverables align well with business goals 

What You'll Need:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or STEM discipline
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and engineering best practices
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
