Director of Engineering

Blentech has been a leader in designing and building stainless steel custom food processing systems in Santa Rosa, California, for more than 35 years. Blentech is seeking an engineering leader who will passionately pursue this vision as well as embody the following principles:

Responsibilities include:

• Works with the CEO to implement strategy and targets for the team

• Lead operations in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering 
• Advise CEO in the development of the strategic and annual operating plans
• Model the company’s core values and help to grow Blentech’s culture as outlined in our 

Qualifications/Experience:

• 10+ years in management
• BS in Engineering field (MS Preferred)
• Knowledgeable about the state of the art, standards, and norms in the food equipment industry domestically and internationally.
• Experience with documentation and engineering change management processes in PLM and with ERP interface.
• Bonus – MBA, ASME Pressure Vessel, Salesforce.com experience, Solidworks, Solidworks Electrical, and PDM administration.

This position is based out of our Santa Rosa office, and the candidate must be within driving distance of this office. This is an On-site position.

Salary range $179,254 to $219,502
