Click is progressing a broad pipeline of Digital Therapeutics™ across a variety of high-burden therapeutic areas, including MDD, Schizophrenia, Migraine, Chronic Pain, Atopic Dermatitis, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Obesity and more.

About the Role:

This is a key position as Click scales its cloud and service operation in the next 2-5 years. The ideal candidate will be able to lead multiple teams including cloud infrastructure and core services team effectively while Click scales its operation globally. This person will partner with the CTO to do engineering resources forecasting and planning. This person will also meet with internal and external stakeholders in prioritizing various initiatives and projects. Last, this person will establish a culture of effective collaboration and operational excellence.

Generally, positions at Click can be on-site, remote or hybrid (an optimal combination of remote and on-site). Our headquarters is located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We also have dedicated spaces in central Miami, San Francisco, and Boston, and, in addition, via our partnership with Industrious, any Click employee can access co-working locations nationally.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Cloud and Services team’s technical vision and strategy
• Manage the Cloud infrastructure and Core Service team via manager(s) and technical lead(s)
• Partner with external stakeholders including the CyberSecurity, Data, and Application Engineering team to construct a cohesive Cloud & infrastructure roadmap
• Recruit talented Dev Ops and backend engineers for your team
• Coach and grow managers and technical leads on leadership
• Build a culture of blameless postmortem, reliability, developer friendliness
• Establish processes which increase the team’s effectiveness
• Resource planning for current and upcoming projects

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a senior manager or a director
• 4+ years of hands on infrastructure or software engineering 
• Experience designing and shipping backend APIs
• Experience with engineering resource planning and forecasting
• Experience working in a lean, startup environment
• Ability to think and design holistically to create a cohesive product experience
• Strong conceptual, visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to drive continuous improvement to processes and workflows
• Proficiency in AWS infrastructure, such as EKS, Fargate, etc…
• Experience working with the Agile Scrum development methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing large teams or multiple teams
• Experience operating infrastructure globally with multi availability zones in AWS
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
