Accountabilities

  • Own product outcomes for your teams — not just delivery.
  • Servant Leader to SAFe/Scrum cross-functional teams, mentoring and managing direct reports.
  • Coach and elevate Product Owners to connect features with business value.
  • Identify and grow senior development leads into development managers.
  • Drive AI as both a product capability and a development practice.
  • Encourage best practices in development, testing, DevOps, and software architecture.
  • Interface with all parts of the business, translating strategic intent into engineering scope.
  • Guide personal and career development of your people.
  • Ensure teams collaborate effectively and that every voice is heard.
  • Foster a culture of learning, trust, and bravery.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong foundation in software development with production shipping experience.
  • Experience in a regulated compliance environment (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
  • Comfort in owning product direction alongside Product Owners.
  • Effective delegation skills with attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive mindset with eagerness to learn and improve.
  • Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted development practices.
  • Understanding of B2B2C business models and value creation.
  • Innovative, action-oriented with a passion for change.
