Brinqa has an immediate need for an Enterprise Sales Director who will play a crucial role in leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for the continued growth of the business. Adding value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line as you work with our existing Fortune 1000 customers and prospective customers is a huge priority for this role. WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives to drive pipeline development and revenues.
You will provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and mentorship to your team.
You will translate high level sales strategy into clear, actionable goals for direct reports; regularly communicate goals to direct reports and track performance against goals.
You will partner and help Account Executives, by joining calls or meetings, to remove barriers, while improving their customer and deal management.
You will Identify sales strategies and mobilize appropriate resources to increase revenue and accelerate sales cycles.
You will identify and implement policies for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
You will provide accurate, ongoing reporting and forecasting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in Salesforce.
You will recruit and hire team members, as well as take proactive steps to retain our top talent.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
10+ years of related experience with at least 5 years of experience managing Account Executives selling at the Enterprise level
Experience in an enterprise sales environment required
Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
Ability to leverage KPIs to forecast and measure the business and make informed strategic decisions
Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodology and the ability to coach to it
Salesforce knowledge require
Proven ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience with Chorus, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
Startup experience a plus

Investing $110M and a minority position in the business, Insight Partners provided Brinqa a way to provide their cybersecurity platform product to more enterprise companies by building their employee base with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and People.
