WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
A division of TIFIN, TIFIN Wealth is a financial technology platform that uses data, algorithms, and real-time machine learning to drive specific asset and client growth opportunities. Our purpose is to bring more people into the world of financial advice and we accomplish this through data science, marketing automation, and personalized investment capabilities that allow advisors, wealth managers, and other intermediaries to deliver better individual outcomes.
In order to accelerate growth within enterprise Wealth Management, TIFIN Wealth aims to become the data science partner of choice for the largest financial institutions while expanding our presence within small enterprises as their businesses evolve. The Director of Enterprise Success will oversee product and technology implementations, program management, and client retention and expansion. While this role has elements of sales engineering, professional services, and customer success, the role is even more about managing client relationships to build, develop, and execute a strategy focused on implementing and supporting emerging technologies at our most strategic clients.
In addition to managing key accounts, the Director of Enterprise Success will partner closely with the CXO and CPO as a Voice of the Customer across the organization, conveying customer needs, and prioritizing delivery on a solution. To be successful in this role, a self-starter with an unparalleled work ethic who is eager and quick to learn new technologies is imperative. Your ability to communicate with clarity and speak competently about our unique value proposition will build credibility with C-suite executives and instill confidence with clients in TIFIN’s ability to deliver a differentiated solution to drive growth.
THE ROLE:
- Own the enterprise relationship on key accounts as the primary point of contact on behalf of TIFIN Wealth to ensure complete customer satisfaction and reference-ability
- Ability to speak competently about data science methodologies, outcomes, and results as it relates to increasing organic growth and driving business outcomes
- Core focus on improving retention rates, increasing usage, and driving product adoption
- Develop and execute a quality implementation plan, meeting all deliverables within the agreed upon timeline and budget
- Forecast, track, and report on weekly OKRs to executive leadership team on implementation progress, project milestones, and sales outcomes
- Keep clients aware of product fixes, resolutions, or enhancements in order to review and oversee the implementation and change management of new functionality to customers
- Identify upsell, expansion opportunities to position addition services and solutions to drive personalization-led growth
- Work with business leads to ensure end users are effectively utilizing the implemented solution and achieving the initially agreed upon definition of success
- Keen ability to tailor and articulate the TIFIN Wealth value proposition to fit the client’s use case and business objectives
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success, project management, or account management position with a concentration on SaaS, data science, software implementation, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field
- Project Management or Program Management experience, certification a plus
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI

- Ability to thrive in a highly demanding, entrepreneurial & fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact
- Exceptional in a client facing role with a track record of leadership and collaboration
- Software implementation background with analytical skill to design, troubleshoot, analyze, test and deploy software solutions, emphasizing the functional implementation of the system rather than the technical aspects
- Ability to understand and explain technical challenges/concepts to non-technical people
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
The expected starting salary range for this position in Colorado is between $90,000 - $130,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.Â

A note on location. While we have team centers in New York City, San Francisco, Charlotte, and Mumbai, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.Â
