Director of Finance

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Finance who will be responsible for partnering with the business leader of Growth. This role will be responsible for business analysis, reporting, and forecasting for Growth.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Key decision support for the Growth business segment; providing insights, data, and strategic leverage
• Partner with Business Development, Client Development, Strategy and Operations stakeholders to provide a financial lens to pricing and contracting decisions
• Prepare weekly and monthly department reports and financial packages for distribution to management
• Support key components of the Annual Operating Plan to achieve the company's strategic and financial goals
• Create and administer annual compensation plans and quarterly compensation materials
• Assist in revenue and cash collection financial operations
• Recruit, develop, and lead a talented team of finance professionals
• Engage and motivate high performing team through ability to communicate, empower, and lead through varying business climates
• Possess a positive, driven self-starter attitude, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment

Desired Experience:

• Experienced - you have 8+ years in progressive finance roles, with strong analytical and accounting knowledge.
• Proven Leader - you have directly managed teams of 2+.
• Proven Builder - you have created processes that consistently result in accurate and timely analyses that clearly communicate results.
• Analytical - you naturally break hard problems into their pieces, are deeply familiar with best-in-class experimentation practices, use key results to drive results, and basically just measure everything.
• Driven and Biased-to-Action - you can manage through complexity, lead with influence, make hard decisions, and persevere when things are challenging. You are hungry to win and you have the grit to make it happen.
• Collaborative and Communicative - you love being part of a diverse team, building consensus, and establishing credibility. You are a Class-A communicator: curious, thoughtful, clear, and (mostly) correct.
• Technical - Familiarity with Financial Systems and data dependencies.  Expert with Excel. Knowledgeable of Google Suite. Workday a plus.
• BA/BS degree from top institution; MBA degree preferred but not required.
