Director of Finance Insights

What you'll do:

• Provide CFO-level partnership to our Business, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations. 
• Partner with senior leaders and promote data-centric business steering to drive sustainable growth. 
• Implement & track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Finance Insights team consisting of ca. 20 Emmies located across the globe: fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence. 
• Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices.

Who you are:

• You are a business leader aspiring to make Emma the leading sleep brand through strategic finance decisions, analysis, and insights. 
• You have +12 years of experience in financial services, banking, audit, related fields. 
• You have +7 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams. 
• You are proactive, self-reliant, and has a hands-on work mentality who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through in-depth knowledge. 
• You are a highly-efficient collaborator with stakeholders (Commercial and Operations teams). 
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights. 
• You are a great communicator with effective presentation skills that convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
