Director of Finance Operations

Your Role:
As the Director of Finance Operations, you'll be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to ensure that Faraday Future delivers on its vision of creating a forward-thinking mobility ecosystem that integrates clean energy, AI, and the Internet. You will be working closely with senior leadership team and functional teams to achieve company objectives. This role will lead the Finance team in preparation and tracking of forecasts and setting up systems & processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long term plan, annual budget and monthly forecast financials by working closely with related global teams
- Set revenue, cost and profit targets to various functions and align them with operational metrics
- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Generate financial reports and review with management
- Develop finance policies & processes to ensure forecast accuracy and enforce financial controls
- Enhance financial system and team capabilities to meet company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related discipline (MBA preferred)
- Automotive/OEM experience is a Must
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred)
- 10-12 years of relevant experience with a minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
Annual Salary Range:
($155K - $195K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
