Broadridge is hiring! We are a seeking a Director of Finance, Technology Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The Technology Finance organization serves as a key partner to Broadridge's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) driving the financial management of our Technology Infrastructure and Development portfolio across Broadridge's product portfolio. In this role, you will be a core member and will work across technology and finance organizations to streamline financial management of Broadridge Infrastructure costs to improve transparency into the total cost of ownership of applications/services for business partners. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Broadridge's technology transformation through data driven analysis!

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Modernize financial infrastructure to support evolution of Technology leadership structure and services construct
• Reimagine current business/segment funding model to drive a more transparent and simplified dialogue across Technology and business leads, leveraging industry standard Technology Business management (TBMT) processes
• Partner with Technology/procurement to improve visibility into bespoke Hardware and Software agreement towards a centralized software asset management program with a simplified charge-out structure
• Improve moderate to long term forecasting of compute, storage, and network costs with increased visibility to multi-environment applications
• Support evolution of pricing constructs with critical cloud hardware and software vendors
• Partner with Cloud business office to improve metrics and awareness around application migration strategies
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan, and annual multi-year strategic plan through direct partnership and influence across technology
• Actively identify and drive improvement opportunities for the Finance organization and partner closely with internal team and external clients to ensure improvement opportunities are implemented effectively and timely
• Leverage industry standards, business data, and sound financial models to influence Broadridge's Technology strategy

Requirements:

• 7+ years of prior FP&A experience ideally supporting Technology line and/or financial services.
• Experience supporting Technology Operations/Infrastructure organizations a strong plus
• Accomplished business and finance professional with a consistent record of high performance, financial, strategic, and operational leadership across commercial businesses.
• Demonstrated expertise w/ Oracle, TM1, Tableau and/or PowerBI,
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and near-and-long-term implications to free cash flow, balance sheet, P&L, etc. (capitalization practices)
• Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
• Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work
• Ability to work on your own, demonstrate high level of personal accountability, lead collaboratively, and apply critical thinking and sound judgment when faced with unstructured situations #LI-PS1

Salary range is between $123,4000.00- $186,600.00 Annually (Broadridge considers a candidate's relevant experience and educational background when determining final salary)
