Director of Global Treasury

About the role

Oversees all aspects of cash management for the global organization to support the business needs and capital return program. You will be in close collaboration with accounting, tax, legal. etc. Knowledge and experience in inter-company funding setup, legal entity level decisions and strong communication skills are key to success to this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily banking operations and assist in maintaining banking relationships domestically and internationally.
• Develop and implement cash management and cash/liquidity forecasting process improvement through automation and cross-functional process refinement. 
• Manage policies and corresponding procedures around cash management, banking operations and investment activities to enhance operational efficiency, support working capital needs and appropriately manage risk.
• Analyze, propose and execute on initiatives to develop the treasury function including the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System.
• Assist in accessing the capital markets and executing financing transactions including banking facilities, debt financing, lenders, documentation review, ratings agency awareness and existing covenant requirements.
• Management of company credit card and p-card programs.
• Management of company insurance plans.
• Responsible for all SOX controls and ensuring compliance for treasury operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above (BA in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• 10+ years’ financial management experience including minimum of 3 years in global corporate treasury
• Advanced knowledge of bank credit agreement provisions and capital markets
• Good understanding of macro-economic trends and the interrelationship between financial markets
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize information, develop insights and communicate effectively in presentations and in-person meetings
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Outstanding process and project management skills, including coordinating activities across multiple departments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and organization skills
