Director of Growth and Strategy

ECP is a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company providing mission critical software to the assisted living industry, and is searching for a Director of Growth & Strategy.

This is a key leadership team role, working directly with our CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and other leaders to accelerate growth and push forward other critical strategic initiatives. This role will be a mix of analysis and execution and is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career growth and assume a significant leadership role within a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Drive ECP's business strategy, alongside the leadership team, from ideation through execution to meet the company's growth objectives.
• Dive deep into industry trends and the competitive landscape, uncovering new market opportunities to inform company direction.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives - work cross functionally to ensure that ideas become reality.
• Partner with members of the leadership team to refine operational processes and policies.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our customers and our business, actively offering insights and suggestions to the executive team.
• Be adaptable and embrace the uncertainties and dynamics of a growing organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills - able to build rapport with internal and external partners.
• Very strong analytical and quantitative abilities, experience in creating and managing KPIs.
• Strong execution and project management skills - able to balance priorities in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and proactive attitude, with a track record in a cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in healthcare, particularly in improving the lives of those in assisted living.
