Requirements

The role in a nutshell:

Become a pivotal force in shaping our digital presence, driving growth, and making a significant impact in revolutionizing the CX landscape. As our Director of Growth / Digital Marketing, you will drive lead generation for TruRating and develop and execute our B2B digital marketing strategies as well as enhance our consumer presence. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Director to plan and execute revenue-generating lead campaigns and drive prospect nurturing and B2B customer acquisition, as well as increased B2C consumer awareness. You'll also bring your digital marketing experience to bear as you take ownership of our website and digital strategy, including optimizing SEO and driving organic traffic for B2B leads and Consumer engagement. Your role will encompass a blend of consumer and B2B technology marketing, with a focus on digital strategies, product management, and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging SEO/SEM best practices to increase organic traffic, drive online conversion funnels, and optimize paid campaigns.
  • Website Management: Optimize our B2B and consumer website presence and work with technology and content teams to enhance our messaging, website performance, and online lead generation.
  • Consumer and B2B Marketing: Drive online marketing efforts targeting both consumer and B2B segments to drive increased visits and engagement, tailoring strategies and messaging accordingly.
  • Marketing Operations: Take charge of critical tools to build and measure our sales pipeline and pipeline conversion, including managing our Lead Forensics, email marketing, and landing pages. Drive improvements in our tool integrations (Hubspot, Lead Forensics, Salesforce, etc.) and manage our marketing KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Marketing Automation: Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for email marketing, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Webinar Strategy: Partner with our Creative Director and Sr. Marketing Manager to plan effective webinar strategies that take advantage of partnerships, promotional opportunities, and thought leadership content in order to build our promotional lists and drive further engagement through the sales funnel.
  • Product Management Support: Utilize your product management experience to contribute insights and oversee the development of consumer-facing websites and applications, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI across various digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Communicates well and works closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, sales, and content to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

We would love to bring on board someone who:

  • Has proven experience with at least eight years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM, consumer, and B2B technology marketing.
  • Can demonstrate success in managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and lead scoring.
  • Has hands-on experience in product management for consumer-facing websites and applications, understanding user experience and its integration with marketing strategies.
  • Brings strong analytical abilities to interpret data, derive insights, monitor and act on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Has excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, present ideas, and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to changing priorities and willing to take initiative.
  • Has a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or product management is a plus
  • Has great energy, is self-reliant, resilient, accountable, and loves being a part of a high performing team
  • Has infectious enthusiasm and can build internal and external backing for our growing suite of solutions.
