Director of Growth, Drug Testing

Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Drug Testing North American sales team, partners and channels to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.
- Develop the team that is engaged in strategic partner identification and onboarding process including researching markets, sourcing potential partners, introducing the applicable brand, discussing business model, analyzing business plans/proposals of, identifying the best partner fit, and negotiating agreements.
- Establish business development plans and design and implement processes to support business growth through customer and market definition.
- Facilitate business growth by focusing on Clinics, States, Employers, affiliated marketing organizations, distribution partners and other organizations driving a change to Digital Point of Care testing.
- Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective project partners.
- Manage teams involved in Business Development (sales), Client Success (account management), Solution Consultant (technical consulting) and Strategic Account Management (partners).
- Monitor competitive intelligence by keeping up to date on market trends, competitors and opportunities.
- Maintain a high energy, motivated, interactive and team oriented culture to drive high performance within the team.
- Significant recruiting and hiring to grow the size of the team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Expert skills in leading, developing, coaching and managing a sales team.
- Strong ability to analyze large quantities of data - forecast, pipeline management and sales analytics. Detail oriented.
- Ability to able to perform business performance analyses, market and competitive analyses, consumer behavior analyses.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to convey information across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates strategic decision making and problem-solving skills with both critical and analytical reasoning skill.
- Healthcare acumen, including clinical, technical and business knowledge regarding the US healthcare market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
- At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare diagnostics, health plans, pharma/medical device or healthcare IT.
- In depth knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically diagnostics and healthcare pathways.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams, as well as senior business leadership and executives.
