Summary
We are seeking a strong data-driven Director of Growth Marketing with a proven history of driving tangible business outcomes with efficient CAC spend in the B2B SaaS space. The ideal leader has recent corporate marketing experience leading a remote based team at a successfully scaling startup.
This new position was created to scale and optimize our current growth program and increase efficiency and outcomes for the business. It’s an exciting opportunity to help grow a Fintech company with a strong product-market fit and 0% churn amongst core customers. This data-driven leader will have ownership over the website, digital, demand-gen, ABM, content marketing, paid and SEO pillars within the marketing org.
What you’ll do
- Drive a comprehensive growth marketing program, including buyer engagement, acquisition, nurture, and conversion to scale our customer acquisition program
- You’ll have a proven track record showcasing your ability to identify channels, campaigns, metrics, and ideas to efficiently acquire new customers and increase revenue
- Boost current acquisition sources and open new sources while improving CAC efficiency and expanding customer lifetime value
- Manage cross-channel growth, including: paid and organic growth, digital, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing.
- Ensure team’s ability to execute and optimize against company KPIs
- Launch campaigns focused on demand generation, including long term efficient scale
- Expertise in generating leads using both online and offline channels
- Optimize lead generation conversion funnel with a deep understanding of how to optimize the funnel across MQL and SQL types
- Ensure marketing operations is measuring and tracking growth & optimization opportunities along with providing the support needed for broader company reporting
- Manage our paid search, SEO, display, video, and social advertising programs and spend to achieve ambitious user growth goals
- Increase engagement and conversion metrics along the marketing funnel and across multiple channels (social, ads, content, and digital)
- Regularly report on growth marketing performance and insights to senior leadership
- Proactively maintain peer relationships with sales leadership, SDR teams, and product marketing.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of B2B growth experience at a SaaS or technology company
- 2+ years of experience managing a demand generation team
- Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
- Experience scaling B2B growth programs, with focus on ABM structure into the millions in ARR
- Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs that leverage inbound and outbound tactics
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools in the Martech stack, including: Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Search Console and Analytics, Google Optimize or Optimizely, ABM tools like Demandbase, advertising platforms, data providers, intent platforms, and content marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the customer buyer’s journey and marketing funnel stages
- A passion for customers and problem-solving, desire to go deep and become familiar with the customer’s technical and business environment
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, or related technical field
