Overview
Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing who will own the overall growth and demand generation strategy and program, including the website, digital marketing (paid, SEM, SEO & ABM), campaigns, and the marketing technology stack (marketing operations). We are looking for an experienced and data-driven hands-on leader who can help us develop our marketing and sales funnel to scale our business and meet revenue goals. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing as a key leader on the Allegro MicroSystems corporate marketing team, partnering closely with our sales operations team to drive, monitor, and manage lead flow to the sales organization. Your role will be highly visible and vital to the organization's growth strategy.
The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee a team focused on demand and lead generation, as well as content driven marketing campaigns to attract, educate, and influence prospects along the buyer journey. Your objectives will include: building company and product awareness, effectively targeting diverse stakeholders with creative campaigns and relevant content, overseeing advertising and paid media, strategically using the website to attract and convert visitors into leads, and building email nurture strategies to drive leads through the funnel.

This position can be remote in the continental USA, with occasional travel for meetings or company events.
What you will do
- Own the demand creation and demand generation strategy, execution and management including online and offline channels, such as email, direct mail, webinars, paid media, and other direct marketing activities.
- Align 100% with the sales and business development teams to successfully deliver on lead / pipeline goals and coordinate demand gen efforts with quarterly sales forecasting
- Develop and lead the demand generation team, including marketing operations manager, campaign managers, email/content specialists, and web manager
- Work with digital marketing agencies and vendors to plan, execute and optimize organic and paid search marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the company website, including content, UX, and SEO strategies that drive traffic and optimize conversion rates
- Work with product marketing, communications, channel marketing, and brand marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging in campaigns, and to exploit competitive differentiators via marketing programs.
- Create and maintain a campaign and email nurture calendar for leadership and organization visibility
- Own all aspects of the underlying technology and analytics, including marketing automation system, webinar technology, web visitor tracking, contact database, etc.
- Define and report on metrics to assess the effectiveness of our email content, website, and campaigns, using data to continuously optimize results
What you need to have
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading B2B demand generation for a technology company, with a track record of successful results
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or comparable work experience is required
- Experience managing a global demand generation team in a rapidly growing company with a culture of accountability.
- Core understanding of web analytics, identifying and managing site changes based on analysis of traffic and campaign performance.
- In-depth understanding of buyer's journey, marketing funnel stages, and how to implement ABM strategies across a globally disperse marketing organization
- Intimate knowledge of marketing technologies, including marketing automation (Hubspot or Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), web content management (SiteCore or WordPress), web tracking (Google analytics, SEMrush, etc.), contact database building, ABM tools, and more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
