We're looking for a Director of Growth Strategy to join our interdisciplinary team of strategists and operations enablers fueling our company's disruption of the healthcare industry and supporting Kalderos' scaled growth â in what we offer today and in the future. In this role, you will blur the lines of strategy, new ventures commercialization, ops enablement, and cross functional work to drive future-leaning initiatives beyond todayâs business. This role will collaborate closely with leaders in the organization and across functions -- requiring someone who can bring a collaborative, strategic, and analytical mindset to fuel growth and to tackle new-and-challenging opportunities at Kalderos.Â
At the onset of this role, we anticipate this team member to focus a large portion of their time on new solution innovation as part of a focused and dynamic cross-functional team at the forefront of tackling key challenges facing our marketplace.Â
What impact you'll have:Drive innovation and next horizon of solutions: By bringing to life new solutions, business, and economics models that will serve as the next frontier of market solutions
Evaluate and commercialize new growth spaces: By identifying and assessing new product and service innovations that will define the next horizon of Kalderosâ platform, with an ability to both balance quantitative and qualitative lenses while partnering across the organization
Guide strategic partnerships: By serving as a trusted partner who engages and guides strategic partnership initiatives/programs
Propel company-wide strategic initiatives: By partnering closely with senior leadership to develop and execute company-wide strategic priorities
Define and enable new operational capabilities: By acting as a âtrailblazerâ for the organization to mature internal operations that unlock how we scale and service customers
Guide cross-functional initiatives: By collaborating closely with leaders in the organization to prioritize strategic, operational, and platform initiatives assuring our ability to scale and continually generate more value to the stakeholders of our ecosystemÂ
Our team is looking to add more highly collaborative, autonomous problem solvers who enjoy flexing a variety of skills and being exposed to a variety of topics. As such, we will have some flexibility matching the role/title to find the right new team member and fit.
What you'll bring:- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Operations, or related fields. Graduate degree in business or other relevant fields is preferred
- At least 6 years of post-undergraduate experience that includes experience within top-tier management consulting, business strategy, or innovation roles
- Intellectual curiosity with a passion for tackling difficult problems in collaborative environments
- A clear communicator who brings structure to complex problems and facilitate collaborative outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous environment
- The ability to flex your role as a collaborator, individual contributor, and leader of cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills with a passion for problem solving and driving executable insights
- Experience conducting market/industry assessments and business model innovation -- moving from initial opportunity definition and diligence to formulating the launch of new products or services in market
- Ability to lead in-depth analysis and become an âexpertâ to identify new opportunities and value drivers for external healthcare industry partners and internal team members
- Experience conducting secondary and primary research activities, including analysis, synthesis, and insight identification
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare
- Experience within the healthcare, healthcare tech, fintech, or at a SaaS startup
- Experience developing growth strategies for platform/technology companies
- Demonstrated experience leading both internal teams and external programs
Salary:Â $150,000 - $170,000
