In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the enablement strategy for Agent Sales, directly impacting sales productivity and team success. By leading a team of professionals, you'll be at the forefront of designing innovative programs that enhance onboarding, sales methodologies, and training resources. Your insights will drive data-informed decision-making, allowing sales teams to become adept at navigating a diverse product portfolio. Collaboration with cross-functional leaders will be essential to ensure that strategies translate effectively into actionable outcomes, setting our teams up for success in an evolving marketplace.

Accountabilities

  • Define a multi-year, AI-first enablement roadmap aligned with revenue goals.
  • Own onboarding and certification programs for sales roles with measurable outcomes.
  • Co-own GTM launch readiness for effective product introductions.
  • Optimize the enablement tech stack for maximum efficiency.
  • Scale conversation intelligence programs to enhance coaching.
  • Partner with data teams to identify impactful AI use cases.
  • Establish a measurement framework connecting enablement to sales success.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing enablement team.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation balanced with operational rigor.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Requirements

  • 10 to 14+ years in Sales Enablement or related fields with 5+ years leading teams.
  • Proven track record in designing effective enablement programs.
  • Experience with Challenger or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating complex initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into clear roadmaps.
  • Highly collaborative with a focus on customer success and field-centric strategies.
