We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person who is truly enthusiastic about improving womenβs health.
The Director, Health Plan Sales will build new enterprise relationships with regional and national health plans and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).Β This leader will launch new markets, manage internal and external stakeholders, and drive the success of health plan partnerships. You will be accountable for executing on our existing partnerships as well as launching successful collaborations across the health plan and PBM landscape
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive health plan and PBM sales, aligning with the organization's business goals.
- Independently source, negotiate, and close deals with health plans and PBMs
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including health plan executives, benefits managers, HR leaders, and other relevant contacts.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
- Stay informed about competitive landscape and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- 5+ yearsβ of experience in a relevant sales environment, with a track record of success and exceeding targets in selling digital health, wellness, or chronic condition management solutions to regional health plans.
- Strong rolodex of health plan contacts and solid relationship skills (building and management).
- Fluent knowledge of health plan and PBM products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing on ambitious sales plans.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across time zones
