InsightRX is a venture-backed healthcare technology company based in San Francisco focused on individualizing treatment at the point of care. Founded in 2015, our companyās precision dosing platform combines patient-specific data with pharmacology models and machine learning to help clinicians individualize dosing for complex medications where a āone-size-fits-allā treatment approach leads to suboptimal clinical outcomes.
InsightRX is integrated into the clinical workflow of healthcare practitioners and supports treatment optimization across several therapeutic areas including antibiotics, chemotherapeutics and immunosuppressants. InsightRX is currently deployed in over 50 top tier medical centers and is partnered with globally recognized biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to bring precision dosing to the forefront of patient care.Ā

What We're Looking For
- 3+ yearsā experience with account-based selling of enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers
- Preferably a PharmD or an advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD)
- Comfort interacting with and pitching all members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leadersĀ
- Excellent customer relationship skills spanning early customer engagement to post-sales
- Proven success with complex sales cycles including site presentations and contract development with key stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and processes to document knowledge and actions regarding sales and marketing activities (i.e., sales calls, customer events, inbound and outbound leads, e-marketing campaigns)Ā
- A high level of personal accountability and end-to-end sales managementĀ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ
- Bachelorās degree
- Travel, as required.Ā
