Position Overview

As Director of Human Experience you will shape the employee journey at Loka leading all aspects of human resources and talent development. Your strategic vision and hands-on involvement will foster a more collaborative inclusive workplace for our entire team as we launch for Silicon Valley leaders innovative startups and beyond.

The Role

• Enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention

• Oversee performance-management processes guide teams on setting goals provide feedback and foster growth

• Design competitive compensation and benefits programs

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll compliance and legal

• Identify and recruit top talent

The Required Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology Business Administration or related field

• Deep experience in human resources at consulting companies

• Clean criminal record
