Director of iGaming Compliance

Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Respond to all issues relating to the regulatory compliance operation in assigned states where the Company operates.
• Supervise New Jersey IGMs
• Interface with regulators and serve as a POC for iGaming in all jurisdictions for iGaming Compliance related matters.
• Draft ICs for iGaming ahead of new state launches and maintain regulatory compliance with the regulations of existing jurisdictions.
• Game Round Verification Process.
• Review audit and assessment results and ensure that failures are acted upon, and remedial action is taken.
• Organize a due diligence documentation repository.
• Submit monthly attestation to PGCB and AGCO.
• Assist in obtaining round recall verification in instances of regulatory complaints.
• Liaise with iGaming team and Finance to ensure that Jackpot Progressive reporting is adequate, meeting regulatory requirements.
• Advise on regulatory requirements needed for casino product enhancements.
• Assist with new game providers contracts and ingoing integrations.
• Support the Live Dealer studio builds in AC for a compliance perspective.
• Track best practices, trends and changes to regulatory requirements and advise and make recommendations to the business on changes required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 year Casino, Financial Compliance and/or Product iGaming Compliance preferred
• College degree in Finance or related field preferred.

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A confident decision maker able to handle multiples projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• A deep understanding of iGaming Compliance.
• Must possess strong communication skills and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and proactively utilizing data to drive results.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Attention to detail and must have visual capabilities needed to inspect work upon completion to avoid leaving deficient work.
