Caesars Digital is seeking a Director, iGaming Promotion Execution & Insights who has exceptional attention to detail, is full of ideas, and can thrive in a start-up environment. The Director, iGaming Promotion Execution & Insights is ultimately responsible to execute all promotions on all online casino brands and to ensure performance metrics on all casino offers are compiled and shared with Senior management team. The Director, iGaming Promotion Execution & Insights is also responsible for providing all recommendations for future promotional campaigns.
What You Will Do:

• Manage all aspects of the Execution teams including job planning, setup, scheduling, timely execution and cross department coordination.
• Be the subject matter expert on the Liberty, LnW & 888 back office platforms & promotion capabilities and ability to think "outside the box" to develop execution strategies from these capabilities.
• Produce promo performance metrics and analysis including recommendations for future campaigns.
• Produce and file all promotional terms and conditions.
• Responsible for publishing and removal of all promotional URLs on Legacy casino business.
• Responsible for implementation of automated customer behavior protocols and reporting on performance.
• Responsible for all customer service escalations on all online casino brands.
• Train staff to maximize team performance, ensuring employees become proficient in all applicable aspects of the promotions operation.
• Oversee proofing process for all offers to ensure accuracy of matrix, assisting as necessary.
• Lead and manage multiple projects and assignments ensuring timely execution.
• Candidate will work with various internal departments to ensure e-mail and telemarketing efforts are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Be a thought leader in the enterprise for the design of new CRM and promotions processes
• Strong "multi-tasker" that can execute as an individual and as the Leader with enthusiasm, encouragement in an outgoing and positive approach
• Communicate with various levels of departmental, property, and Senior Management.
• Must be able to think critically.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.
• Previous experience working in online gaming preferred.
• Previous experience working on Scientific Games or Neo platform is a strong asset.
• Previous experience with Optimove, Looker and Marketo also a strong asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
