Director of Implementation

We’re looking for an experienced leader in hospital SaaS implementations who can be the first dedicated leader over a three person team today at SmarterDx. Your influence will be instrumental in helping SmarterDx continue to achieve its aggressive growth targets and set clients up for continued success. The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of what it takes to implement a workflow tool within a RCM user base.

What You’ll Do

• Leading the implementation team of the SmarterDx’s clinical AI solution into client’s CDI & coding workflows
• Refine the implementation team to standardized technical and training processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Engineering and CS to evolve and coordinate process for key hand-offs for rapid scale
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track project and team performance 
• Identify key project risks and implement strategies proactively
• Build efficient utilization the broader implementation team 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing teams doing hospital SaaS implementations
• Deep understanding of healthcare data and technology, specifically related to the RCM & CDI space
• Positive, collaborative problem solving approach that can help team unblock issues
• Strong organization and communication skills 
• Proven track record of building and refining scalable processes

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of chart holds
• PMP, Six-Sigma or equivalent project management certifications
• Experience with AI powered healthcare tools
