Jockey is seeking a Director of Integrated Media to drive Jockey's media strategy, while supporting the execution of innovative and effective tactics across a mix of channels including, but not limited to digital, paid social, television, online video, audio, retail media and performance channels to drive growth for the Jockey Brand.

This role will lead a variety of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and acquisition, trial of Jockey's products and executing paid media strategies that impact the entire business.

This role will act as a strategic thought partner both within the Brand, Product, and Channel teams, as well as with leaders across the organization.

The Director of Integrated Media will report to Head of Marketing Acquisition and serve as a key member of Jockey's Marketing Activation team. The candidate will also manage and serve as a key point of contact with media buying partners and execution teams, both internal and external.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Data Science and Insights teams to develop performance measurement reporting and media mix modeling to demonstrate the impact of cross funnel activities through media
  • Influence and collaborate on channel-level media strategies based on marketing, audience, and consumer insights.
  • Develop the media strategy for integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure that the most effective channel mix is implemented to achieve Jockey's strategic business priorities
  • Ownership of upper funnel, brand and acquisition media budgets. Set campaign metrics and goals, manage campaign analysis, and deliver data to key stakeholders, business unit leaders.
  • Drive innovation by ensuring a test and learn mentality is applied to our media channels and delivering consistent optimization across channels to maximize performance
  • Support a holistic brand calendar, experience windows and communication strategy planning with cross functional team leaders from Product, Brand, Social, and business unit teams
  • Set the media partnership vision and roadmap and lead the development of the partnership framework with priorities defined across measurement/analytics/learning, creative/content, and innovation
  • Lead and collaborate on campaign briefs that clearly articulate strategy, vision, and direction for our media partners
  • Present to internal partners, agency teams and others to expose new key learnings and recommendations
  • Participate in creative-lead activities, to ensure creative development aligns with media strategy and direction

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with areas of focus including Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communications.
  • 7-10 years experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communications.
  • 7+ years proven ability to manage and develop a team as well as influence cross functional teams. Strong leadership presence and communication skills; ability to translate vision into action.
  • Proven success in using data insights and analytics to inform audiences, markets, and targeting to optimize campaign performance and drive acquisition
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep level of understanding of online and offline media planning to define and rationalize the best channel mix to maximize the reach and impact against our different audiences
  • Have a thorough understanding of ad attribution, measurement, and tracking.
  • Be a strategic thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive goals and deliverables.
