About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for a Director of Integrated Media focused on driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing programs across DRTV, OTT, YouTube, and both satellite  and terrestrial radio, among others. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Marketing team and have a large impact on company goals.  

We are seeking candidates for this remote or onsite position who possess a proactive, competitive spirit, are analytical, and are driven by performance. Additionally, this experienced candidate is detail-oriented, execution-minded, and continuously looks for opportunities to drive growth and efficiency at all stages of the marketing funnel. This position reports into marketing leadership and works cross-functionally with product, analytics, creative, and sales teams. 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization for DRTV, OTT, video, terrestrial and satellite radio, and streaming audio channels, among others. 
  • Closely monitor and optimize campaigns based on daily, weekly, and monthly performance data and marketplace trends. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, analytics, operations, and creative on campaigns and efforts to drive performance towards targeted KPIs. 
  • Working closely with creative teams, drive creative and message testing and optimization.
  • Effectively communicate channel performance and testing insight to the broader marketing team and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities for testing and/or optimization that deliver performance throughout the enter marketing funnel. 
  • Deliver against aggressive growth and efficiency targets. 
  • Manage agency partnerships and solution providers including creative production, the dubhouse, media buyers, etc. 
  • Manage ongoing forecasting and planning, both  internally and through external media buyers and partners. 

What We Look For

  • 7-10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing including managing multiple online and offline channels. 
  • Demonstrated history of delivering performance against large marketing budgets.
  • Deep experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, creative, analytics, operations, and sales. 
  • Proven track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights and possessing a strong understanding of cross-channel attribution.  
  • Strong analytical ability to dive deep into data and pull out key insights.
  • Data driven with strong analytical problem solving skills and a consistent record of using data to make decisions. 
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, both online and offline with proven experience in direct response.  
  • Experience developing, testing, and optimizing creative and messaging across media. 
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience with testing frameworks at scale and the ability to understand media measurement approaches such as media mix modeling, multi-touch-attribution, and geo-graphic holdout analysis, among others. . 
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively,  identify and resolve problems, and take ownership across the entire funnel. 
  • Enthusiastic attitude; willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive performance where needed. 
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, analytically-driven, and fast-paced environment.
  • Prior financial services lead generation experience preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred.
