Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use a collaborate approach to design, communicate and manage a project portfolio that optimizes business processes.
- Bridge the gap between IT initiatives and business goals.
- Establish and deliver project intake, prioritization and backlog management process.
- Manage change, communication and training across all delivered technology and impacted processes.
- Manage and communicate project scope, budget, risk, and resource allocations at multiple levels of the organization.
- Deliver consolidated project status and reporting across entire portfolio.
- Coach, champion, and mature agile project delivery in and out of the IT Department.
- Manage and coordinate project plans and activities with stakeholders in and out of the IT Department.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES
- This position directly supervises the Project Managers and Business Analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in Computer Science/MIS or a related discipline required.
- 5 years of experience delivering projects with agile methodology.
- 3 years of experience leading ERP based on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- 3 Years of experience leading PMO.
- CSM (Certified SCRUM Master) or equivalent agile project management certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.
- ITIL Certification a plus.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
WORK AVAILABILITY
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Must be regularly available and willing to work at least full workdays from Monday through Friday and such other hours as the Company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
