The Role
We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and customer-focused Director of Launch Accounts who will be integral to the long-term success of our new clients in their pilot & onboarding journey. You will work with your team of high-performing Launch Account Managers to establish the value of Ceros to clients in the Pilot and set up clients for long-term success and adoption in their launch phase. You’re an advocate for our customers and will be responsible for helping your team increase their conversion in two core areas: a) pilot to subscription and b) new subscription to a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Team Leads on Launch Accounts and develop individuals and leads through coaching, performance management, and feedback. You will lead strategy and planning sessions with this team to ensure that we’re driving adoption at multiple stages in the customer onboarding period. You’ll help guide your team in effective client issues resolution, and handle any internal or external escalations.
- You are motivated to develop, share and test new creative solutions to drive platform adoption in pilot and launch. Your thought leadership, expertise, and mentorship with your team should lead to happier clients and growth opportunities.
- You operate as the Ceros expert and the escalation point of contact in a Pilot & Launch period for any platform, use-case & strategy-related matters.
- Strategize with your peers on the Sales and Customer Success teams on new business and growth opportunities across the Ceros suite of products as well as opportunities to drive quicker time to value for our new clients
- Maintain full fluency in Ceros’ suite of products and services and how they are sold to deliver customer value in the marketplace.
- Identify multiple ways Ceros can make an impact on our customer’s business through education on relevant use cases & project ideas
- Collaborate and communicate with other Customer Success Directors and cross-functional peers (Sales, Upsell/Cross-sell teams, Support, Professional Services, and others) to ensure alignment across processes, initiatives
- Report progress and areas for growth to the customer success leadership team
- Develop and train team members for current and future growth opportunities
- Bring value beyond the technology by sharing relevant content programs, inviting to events, and strategizing with the wider Customer Success & Revenue teams on additional value-adds
Practical skills we anticipate you having
- 5+ years of customer success/account management experience, preferably in a SaaS business environment
- 2+ years of experience leading a customer success team
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical, project-oriented, and process-oriented mindset
- Must have a sense of design and a fundamental understanding of digital marketing
- Understanding of the marketing landscape (marketer’s planning cycles, pain points, roadmap)
- Demonstrated ability to grow relationships and drive platform adoption within the customer’s organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
