DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Director. The Lifecycle Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, with a strong initial focus on existing customer activation and ongoing product use. The ideal candidate has marketed to wealth advisory firms and/or other organizations that serve consumers. Your “North Star” will be to help financial advisory firms bring more retirement savers to the Pontera platform to ultimately deliver better financial outcomes. Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a great opportunity to build your career as a marketing leader in a fast-growing company with a great mission. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Roll up your sleeves to develop and implement lifecycle marketing programs that drive customer activation and increased Pontera platform usage.
  • Outline and review content needed for lifecycle marketing campaigns; employ segmentation strategies to target and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Manage a small team of lifecycle marketing professionals; scale the team as you prove your programs result in revenue growth. 
  • Design and launch a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to automate and streamline customer education, incentives, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including touch points such as webinars, planning tools, content downloads, conference attendance, email, SMS, remarketing, and in-app messaging. 
  • Join strategic partner and customer calls to co-develop new advisory firm launch campaigns and automated engagement strategies.
  • Work with product marketing and BI analysts to review customer funnel and behavior data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure campaigns are successful and cost-effective.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing; become a subject matter expert in marketing products and services to advisors and retirement savers
REQUIREMENTS
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or related 
  • 8+ years experience in lifecycle marketing and/or channel marketing and/or sales enablement for B2B SaaS 
  • Highly analytical approach to campaign design, testing, and reporting
  • Launches only high-quality marketing assets that have brand alignment
  • Comfortable working hand-in-hand with sales leaders, attending strategic customer calls as a marketing subject matter expert
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, startups a plus 
  • Passion for building incredible teams 
  • Able to work in NYC office Tues - Thurs
