BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Director, Live Casino Operations. The Director, Live Casino Operations will execute the strategy for Live Casino alongside other iGaming stakeholders. Reporting to the SVP iGaming you will be responsible for building, delivering and operating a best-in-class live casino experience for our players. Manage suppliers' relationships and work with internal collaborative team and deliver Live solutions in-line our iGaming strategy.

The Director, Live Casino Operations will execute the strategy for Live Casino alongside other iGaming stakeholders. Reporting to the SVP iGaming you will be responsible for building, delivering and operating a best-in-class live casino experience for our players. Manage suppliers' relationships and work with internal collaborative team and deliver Live solutions in-line our iGaming strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Create the vision and strategy for Live Casino.
- Responsible for the Live Casino revenue line and managing and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers to deliver Live casino game launches alongside marketing campaigns to delight our players.
- Work alongside our creative teams on Live branding elements.
- Translate data into clear customer strategies.
- Work with VIP team to maximize up-sell of Live casino products to VIP players.
- Optimize product performance: table opening times, table limits and site positioning.
- Work with CRM, marketing, and promotions teams to ensure Live Casino is represented correctly in player campaigns.
- Build strong relationships and cooperation's with relevant stakeholders in other collaborative teams.
- Be the primary escalation point for resolving issues with providers and players.
- Work with Compliance to ensure our Live Casino experience meets with both responsible gambling and jurisdiction regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
- 5 or more years of experience in a Live Casino Management or Operational role.
- Experience of Live Casino studio builds.
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress.
- Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas - loves and embraces change.
- Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves" and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn - pushes teams to do the same.
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
- Regular attendance in the office
