Director of Loyalty, BWW

About Blazin' Rewards:
Introduced in 2017, Blazin' Rewards members can earn points at sports bars for everyday dining, with bonus points for checking in, playing trivia, picking favorite sports teams, etc. With over 12M members today, BWW aims to increase and engage its member base even more by enhancing the program and continually rewarding its passionate fans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 20% Ensure program maintains 1-3 year roadmap of Loyalty enhancements, inclusive of program goals, contribution targets, channel objectives, etc.
- 40% Lead program marketing to drive activation rates, engagement, and reduce churn across all channels (email, push, social, etc). Includes journeys and trigger marketing. Coordinate and execute tactics in partnership with multiple teams. Partner with Analytics team to measure success
- 20% Partner with IT, Ops, Brand, Digital, and Product to maintain program and to spearhead new programmatic build, launch plans, and ultimate implementation. Collaborate with Customer Care teams on initiatives for loyalty guest support.
- 20% Partnership management, inclusive of internal stakeholders (franchises), loyalty provider, contact center, agency support, etc.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 8-10 years of strategy, digital marketing, CRM and/or loyalty experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Experience in CRM and/or loyalty space and managing complex initiatives
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Successful track record of program and promotion execution
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills
- Experience with mobile ordering and/or mobile ecommerce preferred
- Experience working with agencies preferred.
- Curious and good sense of humor
- Experience in using data to drive decision-making
