Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to strategize and build integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospects across verticals to drive marketing qualified leads for Premise. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a growing marketing team with a rigorous focus on measurement and business impact. You will work closely with Sales and Product to build and scale repeatable, yet customizable, campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquire leads and increase engagement and conversion to opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns to drive top-of-funnel engagement and growth
- Oversee lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing frameworks to acquire marketing qualified leads across all digital channels (email, paid social, webinars, third party partners)
- Understand and articulate the big picture vision,, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
- Create processes as needed to organize team workflow and best practices
- Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including collateral downloads, web traffic, marketing qualified leads, and sales accepted opportunities
- Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve campaign efficacy
- Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
- Develop and execute a variety of measurable marketing campaigns across channels to drive awareness, leads, and MQLs
- Oversee your marketing pipeline goal and budget across verticals and forecast quarterly pipeline creation from the programs you are managing, including expected ROI
- Partner with the sales organization to ensure campaign enablement and regular tracking of campaign performance in key accounts
- Analyze conversion data, customer insights and behaviors to identify unique audience segments to drive custom targeting and messaging tactics within paid channels
- Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in generating leads and sales pipeline at fast-paced B2B tech companies
- Must have experience managing teams of 3 or more
- Strong experience working with marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM
- Strong background in developing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
- Experience designing and owning top-of-funnel campaigns leveraging email, social, and search
- Proven track record of driving major customer marketing programs with strong business results
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, track, and evaluate programs and processes with an emphasis on iteration and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Self-starter; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines

- Natural influencing skills with a strong leadership philosophy
- Experience in two-sided marketplaces and data-driven startups
