Engrain has transformed the way people find, lease, and manage properties. Engrain provides a holistic suite of mapping solutions built specifically for the real estate industry to provide stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications. Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allows both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing activities. The desired candidate is a strong people leader, with proven expertise in content development and campaign management.
This role will report directly to the CEO and will consistently collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the executive team, sales, and product development in order to create effective marketing strategies for Engrain's suite of products and services.
What you'll do...
- Leadership: Lead the marketing team by providing mentorship, overseeing team performance, setting clear goals to ensure team alignment, and managing the marketing budget / resources to maximize ROI.
- Content development: In partnership with the marketing team, create, approve, and distribute exemplary marketing content for use across multiple channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Campaign management: Collaborate with Engrain's product team and other company leaders to create effective marketing campaigns for Engrain's suite of products and services. This includes performing market research, identifying possible pricing strategies, supporting product launches, and measuring campaign performance.
- Brand management: Strengthen and maintain Engrain's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
- Ecosystem expansion: Leverage Engrain's partner ecosystem to expand the reach and impact of our alliances, making them a central driver of our growth and success.
Requirements
What you offer us...
- 8+ years of combined expertise in design and marketing, including 2+ years of leadership and management experience in SaaS companies. Multi-family industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree in Marketing or MBA desirable.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Capable of creating conceptual and campaign-focused marketing content.

What we offer you...
- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
