About Epitel: Epitel is a venture-backed company empowering clinicians, patients, and caregivers who live with or care for neurological disorders. Epitel employs proprietary EEG wearables and powerful AI to create a new platform for brain diagnostics. Our system cuts the time to diagnose brain disorders from hours to minutes and solves critical care access issues. This is an exciting time to join Epitel's growing marketing team as we lean into commercialization. We're looking for a strategic, experienced, marketing leader who can turn insights into action and who can work cross functionally to create and implement various marketing strategies. As the Director of Marketing, you will execute brand tactics, ensuring successful campaigns and educational programs including plans for current and future product launches. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop communication strategies, and measure adoption.
Responsibilities
- Evolve brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to all customer segments to enhance brand awareness.
- Work cross functionally to drive brand strategy and ensure brand consistency.
- Build on previous marketing efforts to develop a develop a repository of marketing collateral targeted at physicians and hospitals to drive go-to-market efforts.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Build and launch innovative tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with KOLs to gain insights on commercial strategy.
- Support the sales organization to convert target customers and to collect feedback as appropriate.
- Drive business insights through the analysis of competitive activity
- Lead commercial tactics for all congresses.
- Work with regulatory, compliance, legal, and regulatory for the development and review of all resources.
Requirements
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing leadership experience in the healthcare field
- Experience launching products and in the neurology field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in developing digital and social marketing strategies.
- CRM experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience working closely with field sales to implement marketing programs.
- Deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in medical device marketing
- Proven ability to translate insights into business actions and marketing recommendations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
