Director of Marketing –  Ninja Thirsti  

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Marketing for our the Ninja Thirsti Beverage system. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and capture market share in both the personalized beverage and home environment sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in consumer goods or related industries, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and global roadmap to achieve business objectives for the ecosystem of Ninja Thirsti.  
  • Drive brand development and management initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative. 
  • Oversee development of the go to market activities for roadmap including messaging and positioning across the entirety of the consumer journey including online/inline.  
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals. 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. 
  • Experience with appliance/CPG and bringing new product launches to market 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results. 
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the beverage and home environment sectors. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. 
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. 
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement in marketing practices.
