Job Summary

Responsible for driving marketing efforts across the Texas Region focused on growth and expansion. Providing leadership to ensure the West Division delivers the products needed in market while ensuring the sales channel are supported. Align with Sales and Marketing VP on critical initiatives to drive success across channels including Network Expansion. Responsible for supporting short and long-term goals through local actions and discerning, simplifying, and communicating for teams what is most important to prioritize and execute. Partner with peers to ensure the overall division meets or exceeds goals - in some cases, stretching to support another group to deliver overall stronger company results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Driven: Regularly provide data driven insights to leadership team, sales channels, teammates, peers, on opportunities to grow the business. Identify local emerging opportunities to capitalize on growth. Use market intelligence to help influence key strategies and communicate effectively to capitalize on regional/local opportunities.
  • Business Agility: Experience working in a matrix organization. Adapt quickly to market changes internally and externally; respond rapidly and flexibly while leading change to maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Results Focused: Align with Sales and Marketing VP on critical initiatives to drive success across channels including Network Expansion. Responsible for supporting short and long-term goals through local actions and discerning, simplifying, and communicating for teams what is most important to prioritize and execute. Partner with peers to ensure the overall division meets or exceeds goals - in some cases, stretching to support another group to deliver overall stronger company results.
  • Field Leadership: Stay connected with work happening in the field through field visits to remain in tune with feedback and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in serving our customers.
